Hi, my name's Damian!

I'm a chemistry teacher and during lockdown I wanted to design a notebook for myself that reflected my passion for science.

Then my friends asked for one. Then friends of friends. Then dozens of people I didn't know.

Really great quality and will help me organise my notes better - but doesn't open flat as advertised :(

Hi Oliver, I'm sorry this didn't meet your expectations. All the hardcover notebooks open fully flat and will stay open but, due to the way they are made, this will require a few opens the first few times you use it (they're compressed using a nipping press to ensure the glue that fixes the covers to the board is secure and also to produce the french groove along the spine). If however this isn;t happening to yours and there's a fault, please get back in touch and we'll arrange to replace it. Damian

Bought as a gift - really pleased!

I don't normally buy things off of Facebook ads as I have heard of too many people being ripped off from them. I have to say how glad I am that I ordered one of these notebooks though. It was my daughter's birthday yesterday and she is studying palaeoanthropology and paleolific archaeology. I ordered her the hardback book that best fit this one day last week and was expecting to have to tell her that there was another present coming. It arrived a couple of days later, well wrapped and with a cute little hand-written note. The paper is of an excellent quality and I am really pleased with the whole book - as is she! Thank you for the speedy service 🙂

Beautiful notebooks!

The notebooks are absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the website do not do them justice with their quality. They feel amazing, and the pages are really good quality too. I have been recommending them to friends, whom I know enjoy writing and love notebooks too.

We use Royal Mail and DPD for UK orders which in our experience are the most reliable couriers. However if your order hasn't arrived in time please get in touch via info@atomstoastronauts.com and we'll investigate.

If you ordered from outside the UK and it hasn't arrived on time, get in touch. The chances are it has been held up at customs and we'll investigate for you.

We've selected 100 gsm, off-white, UK-milled paper for our notebooks. It has been independently verified as fountain pen friendly (please refer to product images for a pen-test).
